Quadex® WL250 Water-Based Silicone Sealer is a high performing, low  VOC deep penetrating sealer for hydrophobic (water repelling) properties and deep, life extending protection. WL250 is not visible when dry and does not change the appearance of the treated surface. Its proprietary formula uses a special Silane/Siloxane blend to give you a great hydrophobic waterproofing effect on the surface as well as deep penetrating molecules for long-term protection throughout the concrete.

Quadex L100 Premium Gloss Sealer is a high performing, solvent-based, non-yellowing, low VOC, acrylic concrete sealer for almost all cementitious substrates. This premium sealer is made with the highest quality ingredients from around the globe that produce a nice, thick, durable, decorative concrete sealer with a beautiful high gloss “wet look” finish.

L100 is a proprietary formula utilzing special additives and premium acrylic resins to deliver exceptionally high quality at an affordable price. With great chemical resistance, UV durability, and adhesion, this sealer protects treated surfaces from chipping, flaking, delamination and discoloration from UV light exposure. With VOC regulation’s in many states. L100 is also available in “non-compliant” formula’s where regulations allow.

L100 Premium Gloss Sealer was developed for concrete, stamped concrete, pavers, curbing, stone, and other cementitious substrates. Its main uses are on patios, pool decks, walkways, driveways, and garage floors. For optimal performance, please follow the application process.

SL100 is a 100% penetrating silane sealer. It is formulated to be a clear, breathable, long-lasting, 100% silane, water repellent sealer to achieve the highest depth of penetration.

Typical curing time for SL100 is 4–6 hours at 70°F (21°C) and 50% relative humidity. Cooler temperatures or higher relative humidity can extend the drying time.

Quadex^® Quad-Flow is designed to provide high strength, quick setting invert rehabilitation mortar to work in unison with the Quadex family of repair products to form an abrasion-resistant repair while increasing the structural integrity of deteriorated pipe and culvert inverts. Quad-Flow has been developed to provide a flowable repair material, capable of being pumped into a host pipe to fill voids and repair damaged inverts with a quick setting, high strength mortar, reforming and reshaping damaged or missing inverts. The quick setting characteristics   of the material allow crews to continue their work rehabilitating the host infrastructure mere hours after introduction of Quad-Flow.

Quad-Flow is supplied in 1,000 lb (454 kg) bulk bag.

One 1,000-lb. bag of Quad-Flow will yield approximately 7.42 cu. ft.

Prepare void to be filled by removing unsound concrete, dirt, dust, oil and other debris using high pressure (3,500 psi) water blasting and manual/mechanical removal.

Use approximately 13 to 14 gallons of potable water per 1,000 lb. bag of Quad-Flow. First add water to mixer, start mixer and add Quad-Flow until mortar is completely mixed.

Cure in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.

Quadex® warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Quadex will replace any product proved to be defective when applied in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Quadex’s  obligation  shall  be limited solely to such replacement. There are no other warranties by Quadex, expressed or implied.

QM-1s Restore® is a Portland cement based, single component, high strength, fiber reinforced, shrinkage compensated cement mortar enhanced with a monocrystalline quartz aggregate. QM-1s Restore was designed to structurally repair deteriorated metal, concrete and masonry structures. QM-1s Restore delivers a monolithic one pass vertical surface application up to three inches in thickness by low pressure spraying or centrifugally casting.

QM-1s Restore is supplied in 60 lb. (27 kg.) poly-lined bags.

One 60-lb. bag of QM-1s Restore will yield approximately .51 cu. ft. and will cover 12.2 sq. ft. at a 1/2 in. thickness.

Prepare surface to be patched by removing unsound concrete, dirt, dust, oil  and other debris using high pressure (min 3500 PSI) water blasting. Then rinse with potable water to remove all remaining dirt, sand and loose debris. This will provide a clean, damp surface to facilitate bond.

Use approximately 0.7 to 0.9 gallons of potable water per 60 lb. bag of QM-1s Restore. First add water to mixer, start the mixer and add QM-1s Restore until mortar is completely mixed.

Apply QM-1s Restore by low pressure spraying on vertical or overhead surfaces to a monolithic thickness of 1/2 to 3 inches in one pass, trowel to smooth surface.

Cure in accordance with current ACI recommendations. Use a two coat application of a manufacturer approved water based curing compound.

AluminaLiner is a factory blended, one component, fiber reinforced, 100% calcium aluminate cement designed to provide excellent corrosion resistance against typical hydrogen sulfide gas (microbiologically induced) corrosion, add structural integrity and stop groundwater infiltration in sewer structures with a pH of  2 or greater. This unique formulation allows for a monolithic one-pass application up to three inches in thickness by low pressure spraying or centrifugally spinning.

AluminaLiner is supplied in 60 lb. (27 kg.) poly-lined bags.

One 60-lb. bag of AluminaLiner will yield approximately .48 cu. ft. and will cover 11.5 sq. ft. at a 1/2 in. thickness.

Prepare surface to be patched by removing unsound concrete, dirt, dust, oil and other debris using high pressure (3500 psi) water blasting. Then rinse with potable water to remove all remaining dirt, sand and loose debris. This will provide a clean, damp surface to allow for a good bond.

Use approximately 0.8 to 1.0 gallons of potable water per 60 lb. bag of AluminaLiner. First add water to mixer, start the mixer and add AluminaLiner until mortar is completely mixed.

Apply AluminaLiner by low pressure  spraying  on  vertical or overhead surfaces to a monolithic thickness of 1/2 to 3 inches in one pass, trowel to smooth surface.

Cure in accordance with Quadex® recommended curing agent.

Quad-Plug® is a blend of special cements and and mixtures which are designed to instantly stop running water or seepage in all types of concrete and masonry structures.

Quad-Plug is supplied in a 50 lb. plastic pail.

Quad-Plug will yield approximately .49 cu. ft. per pail.

Prepare crack or hole by chipping out loose material to a minimum depth and width of 3/4“. Using a rubber gloved hand, place a generous amount of dry Quad-Plug to active leak and maintain external pressure for 60 seconds. Repeat until leak stops.

Flex Guard^® is a 100% Solids Flexible Urethane/Epoxy hybrid. The extreme Flexibility of Flex Guard makes it the best solution for the most extreme conditions. A 100-150% elongation allows it to be applied where other coatings fail.

Flex Guard exhibits excellent adhesion to steel and concrete; providing superior protection for tanks that typically experience freeze thaw and temperature fluctuation.

Flex Guard is available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.

Flex Guard will yield theoretical coverage of 12.5 sq. ft per gallon @ 125 mils thickness. Actual surface coverage will depend on substrate porosity and roughness. A wet film thickness gauge may be used to determine actual coating thickness.

With Flex Guard®, only 1 coat is needed to attain finished thickness. If additional coats are called for they must be applied before the previous coat has completely cross-linked, typically for 24 hours @ 72°F (higher temperatures/humidity will shorten this window). If coating after re-coat window, brush blast before applying the next coat. Before reblasting, clean and dry surface thoroughly to remove all contamination, including amine blush or condensation. Small areas may be abraded by sanding or wire brushing.

The same requirements apply when overlapping seams of adjacent coating sections to create a continuous protective film. If the coating surface to be overlapped at the seam cannot be brush blasted, use a non-impact means, such as power brushing or sanding, to create adequate mechanical profile.

Coating performance is largely determined by the degree of surface preparation… More is Better.

CONCRETE & MASONRY substrates must be prepared in a manner that provides a uniform, sound, clean, neutralized surface with sufficient profile suitable for the specified coating. The substrate must be free of all contaminants, such as oil, grease, rust, scale or

deposits and have  a surface profile equivalent to a CSP2 to CSP5   in accordance with ICRI Technical Guideline No. 03732. This can generally be achieved by abrasive blasting, shot blasting, high pressure water cleaning, water jetting, acid etch, hot water/steam cleaning or a combination of methods.

STEEL surfaces may require “Solvent Cleaning” (SSPC-SP 1) to remove oil, grease and other soluble contaminants. Chemical contaminants may be removed according to SSPCSP 12/NACE No. 5. Identification of the contaminants, along with their concentrations, may be obtained from laboratory and field tests as described in SSPC-TU 4 “Field Methods for Retrieval and Analysis  of  Soluble Salts on Substrates”. Surfaces to be coated should then be prepared according to SSPC-SP 5/NACE No.1 “White Blast Cleaning” for immersion service or SSPC-SP 10/NACE No. 2. “Near White Blast Cleaning” for all other service. In certain situations, an alternate procedure may be to used such as high (>5,000 psi) or ultrahigh (>10,000 psi) pressure water cleaning or water cleaning with sand injection. The resulting anchor profile shall be 2.5-5.0 mils and be relative to the coating thickness specified.
