Made from tough, weather-resistant copolymer polypropylene, these steps also offer sure-footed tread design, staggered barbed ends for greater holding power and seven water seal rings.

Copolymer polypropylene is known for its high-impact strength and superior resistance to the corrosive environment found in sewers. The steps are offered in 10″ and 13″ on-center widths.

GeoLiner® Geopolymer Mortar is a fiber-reinforced product designed to provide excellent corrosion resistance along with higher strengths and lower permeability than typical cementitious linings. This high-performance product can be used for rehabilitation of manholes, wet wells, catch basins, large-diameter pipes and tunnels, storm water culverts and WWTP containment structures. Formulated with over 70% pozzolanic content, GeoLiner® can be considered a true geopolymer.

The PRO 50 Starter is a lightweight, portable mortar mixer priced to get you into the manhole rehabilitation business. It’s perfect for the contractor to test the water without breaking the bank. This system features a 12.5 gallon hopper and runs on a 2 h.p., 110 v, 18 amp motor.

At only 286 lbs. and sitting on 10″ wheels, the PRO50 is easy to handle. Its compact size, 44″x20″x36″, makes it easy to transport by truck or utility trailer. It also features an onboard computer to control spray rate and pumping volume to prevent clogging. Powerful for its size, the PRO 50 compressor and spray gun deliver high-volume output for a thorough and even application.

The Prestige 300 is a self-contained mixing, pumping and spraying machine. The heart of the 300 is a Yanmar/Lombardini 3-cylinder industrial duty diesel motor. This power plant is indestructible! The diesel motor powers an all-hydraulic drive system, which also includes its own intercooler to keep the hydraulic fluid nice and cool. The combination of a powerful motor and a well-designed hydraulic system means that the Prestige 300 can mix, pump and spray all at the same time.

The hydroelectric controls are linked together by an onboard computer, which greatly simplifies operating the pump, and also provides an LED diagnostic read-out panel to assist with any maintenance issues.

CONVENIENCE
The Prestige 300 comes complete with a wired remote so that control from the end of the hose back to the pump is quick and easy.

PORTABILITY
The Prestige 300 features to torsion bar suspension which has both compression and rebound dampening, allowing the unit to glide down the road. The tow package of the prestige 300 is as complete and well designed as the rest of the machine. The tow bar pivots in order to line up properly with the hitch point, whether it’s being towed by an SUV or a dump truck. When towing, the stabilization stand cranks up out of the way. When you arrive at the job site, lower the jack stand and you have a safe and stable work platform. A spare tire is included.

With the SPN-1000 Mortar Spincaster you can apply cementitious linings without entering the structure.
