4.5mm
• 165 and 330 ft. lengths in stock (+/-)
• Longer lengths available
• Multiple bends up to 90° with minimal wrinkling
• Transitions
• Ease of inversion
Installation Air Pressure – 5 to 7psi (may need additional pressure to invert around bends).
Avoid extremes of temperature. Freezing may cause the coating structure to degrade locally, especially areas where the coating is in tension or compression – at bends and edges, and immediately adjacent to seam welds. Recommended storage temperature 40°F – 95°F. Shelf life at this temperature: in excess of 1 year.
Avoid prolonged contact with solvents and chemicals.
Ultra-flexible, light duty PE fabric with PVC coating and a high-frequency welded overlap seam. For use in open-end liner (blind-shot) and pull-in-place applications. Once pressurized inside of the liner, the flexible tube will press the liner against the host pipe during the curing process.

Quad-Cure Liner – Standard Tube is a nonwoven, needle punched polyester fiber capable of navigating sweeping bends. The liner form and seam bonds through a uniquely designed thermal welding and/or stitched sewing process, that creates an enhanced liner with superior performance.
A silicate resin formulated for sectional liners suited for isolated pipe repair and patching. We offer three different silicate resins designed for fast, medium and slow cure times that range from 15-100 minutes.

Quadex® Quad-Clean removes cured resin from metal components such as tools and equipment. For best results, use an industrial grade ultrasonic cleaner with built-in heater.

5 Gallon Pails (18.9 Liter Pail).
Store in dry environment between 40°-80°F (10°-26°C). No shelf life.
Soak metal or Teflon components in Quad-Clean using a metal, glass or ceramic container until cured material softens. All wetted parts and lid must be metal (no plastic). Heat to 100-150°F. Only do this in a well ventilated area as heating the material increases solvent vapors. Remove hot parts with metal tongs. Periodically remove components from the solution and scrape off cured resin. Repeat as necessary. Once components are sufficiently clean, remove them, rinse with water or a mild solvent, and wipe down with a dry cloth. If there is no ultrasonic cleaner available, heat the Quad-Clean and components in a crock pot to 100-150°F. Follow directions and cautions above.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin, always use personal protective equipment in compliance with local regulations. Read the relevant Safety Data Sheet before use.
Quad-Clean can be altered and reused. You can get liters at a paint store or use panty hose.
Quad-Cure® UV is a low-viscosity, highly reactive UV curing resin based on methacrylate esters. The resin is styrene free and considered an excellent solution for colder and more environmentally sensitive conditions.
Quad-Cure® UV is a low viscosity, highly reactive UV curing resin based on methacrylate esters. The resin is styrene free and considered an excellent solution for colder and more environmentally sensitive conditions.
The chemical composition of Quad-Cure UV ensures good chemical resistance performance. All the components have high flash point (>95°C), which guarantees no VOC emissions or strong odor.
Quad-Cure UV resin already contains the required amount of photoinitiator. For proper curing, the resin must be irradiated by UV light (at least 10 mW/cm2 from about 5 cm distance). The applied initiator allows the use of high pressure mercury lamps or UV-LEDs for curing.
Quad-Cure UV resin should be stored indoors in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging, in a dry place at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Properties might slightly change during storage. Store in dark and in 100% light tight containers only. Avoid contact of the resin with day light during handling operations as day light may lead to immediate curing reactions.
Product must be stirred before using.
